As a Change Controls Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring project success by maintaining high standards of project controls. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules aligned with objectives and timelines. Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost controls for financial efficiency. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively. Track progress, analyze performance data, and generate reports for insights and improvements. Implement Project Baselines for performance measurement and variance analysis. Communicate Performance Management Baselines and updates to stakeholders. Maintain effective stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates. Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Allocate resources effectively, addressing constraints as needed. Manage project changes with proper documentation and communication. Provide leadership and mentorship to the project controls team. Desirable Skills Experience with CEMAR and document management systems. Strong analytical skills for complex data analysis and decision-making. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement focus. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, SAP). Attention to detail and high accuracy in project controls. Leadership skills to motivate and guide teams. Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements. Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships. General Requirements Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field preferred. Experience at National Grid.
