What You’ll Be Doing As a Community Healthcare Assistant, you’ll support people in their own homes—helping them stay safe, independent and connected. Personal care (washing, dressing, continence support) Meal preparation and medication support Encouraging independence through an outcome-focused approach Companionship – making someone’s day brighter Light household tasks Working alongside families, Social Workers, Nurses and other professionals Reporting changes and maintaining care records Who We’re Looking For No experience?
