What you’ll achieve
As an Implementation Specialist you will be part of our highly successful deployment team with the responsibility to help clients implement and support Dedalus Healthcare solutions effectively and efficiently.
You will work closely with the Project Managers to help clients follow a standard deployment methodology with specific deliverables, working within tight timescales. You will support the client in the setup and configuration of all systems, support knowledge transfer and issue management, and assist the client in validation testing and business change activities to help them get the best out of each solution offering.
Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will:
* Investigate/support all queries, issues and change requests raised by the deployment projects, peers, project managers and other workstreams re: solution questions, business process maps, system configuration, business validation scripts, and product knowledge materials.
* Engage in all stages of the deployment project and ensure the client and deployment project teams are kept well informed, fully trained and equipped to implement our solution offerings by supporting appropriate solution workshops and training sessions.
* Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to our clients and deployment project teams when product questions, issues, or changes are raised/escalated.
* On-site support and SME to clients and deployment project teams as per our standard deployment methodology.
* Assist clients and deployment project teams in their setup and configuration of local deployment environments by imparting knowledge and empowering them to lead by example.
