Job Title: NOC Technician - Innovative Engineering Team (Previous Relevant Experience Required), Doncaster

Role Overview:
The NOC (Network Operations Centre) Technician will provide administrative support to the NOC engineering team, ensuring incidents are resolved according to procedures and contractual KPIs. This role involves working on a 24/7, 365-day shift rota.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming calls and emails, responding according to KPIs.
2. Create incident tickets based on customer reports.
3. Action Service Requests.
4. Allocate and dispatch tickets to technical support, field engineering, and other service providers.
5. Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
6. Coordinate traffic management, liaising with traffic providers, regional control, and field teams.
7. Communicate with customers regarding network incidents.
8. Coordinate with utility companies during power-related network issues.
Candidate Profile:
Previous experience supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, ideally within a NOC environment.
Key Skills and Requirements:
* Experience with 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution.
* Strong communication skills, capable of liaising at all seniority levels.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
