Role Responsibilities:

* Coordinate with diverse stakeholders across sectors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Proven experience in programme management within the corporate real estate sector.
* Strong understanding of PMO principles and practices.
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to develop and implement strategic real estate solutions.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Previous experience with Power BI (Highly desirable).
* Previous experience on CAT B Office Fit Outs (Highly desirable).
* 4 to 5 years experience in a consultancy firm.
