Our mission is to deliver FREE hand care to NHS nurses and midwives through the ‘Nursem Promise’ — for every product sold, we give a month’s supply to a healthcare professional. We have delivered over 655,000 Promises so far!
We aim to become a household brand within 2-3 years, and are seeking an Omnichannel Operations Manager to join our team.
This role offers a chance to contribute to a rapidly growing business and make a positive impact on healthcare professionals’ lives.
THE ROLE – Operations Manager (Salary: £40k - £50k FT + Bonus + Share Options)
Location: Remote (UK only). Attendance at our Gosforth, Newcastle head office is required at least once a month if not based in NE England.
This position is ideal for someone eager to build and shape our operational team and advance into a senior leadership role within a fast-growing consumer brand.
You will oversee our omnichannel operations, working closely with internal teams and external partners to manage the entire supply chain, from design and development to delivery, ensuring continuous improvement, scalability, and excellence.
Experience in scaling businesses, building processes, and working with various growth stages is essential.
PREFERABLE EXPERIENCE:
* 3-5 years in operations for a fast-growing DTC & retail brand
* Proficiency with Mintsoft, Unleashed, and Shopify
* Knowledge of PIM and retail supply systems
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* On-Shelf Availability: Maintain +98% availability of core SKUs for key accounts.
* B2B & B2C Logistics: Manage relationships with 3PL partners, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements.
* Manufacturing & Supply: Oversee manufacturing partnerships, manage demand planning, and ensure smooth supply.
* New Product Introductions: Manage onboarding of new products into supply chains.
* Product Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely product information sharing.
* International Expansion: Support international supply chain development.
* Systems & Software: Manage inventory and purchasing systems.
* Sales & Operations Planning: Oversee demand forecasting and supply planning.
* Administrative Tasks: Handle key admin tasks, invoicing, and KPI tracking.
* Team Culture: Foster a positive company culture and support team development.
