As part of a supportive and experienced team, you will be involved in invoicing, payment orders, and ticket management, working closely with Quantity Surveyors to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
The Role:
1. Assist with invoicing, payment orders, and ticket management for ongoing projects.
2. Work closely with Quantity Surveyors to support project cost tracking and financial reporting.
3. Ensure accurate record-keeping and data entry for project-related costs.
4. Provide administrative support to ensure smooth project delivery.
5. Assist with day-to-day cost control tasks and help with processing financial documents.
What We're Looking For:
6. Strong Excel experience for managing data and financial records.
7. Strong numerical and organisational skills.
8. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
9. Previous experience in a cost-related role or interest in the construction industry (desirable but not essential).
