We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support two key leaders at the heart of Splendid Hospitality Group: our Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director – Hotels.

This interim position offers the opportunity to step into a pivotal role within one of the UK’s fastest-growing hospitality groups—providing exceptional support during a key period of activity and change.

This role can be offered on a full-time or part-time basis for the right candidate.

We build and operate a diverse portfolio of hotels, restaurants, and care homes across the UK—from London to Edinburgh, Bristol to York. Our properties include:

The 5-star Hilton London Bankside

The iconic Grand Hotel, York

The UK’s first Four Points Flex by Sheraton, London Euston

6 Accor properties across the UK

38 KFC restaurants in the Midlands & North East

3 care homes in Sussex

The Role:

* Act as the trusted right hand to the CFO and MD – Hotels, confidently managing their complex schedules and competing priorities.
* Coordinate meetings, travel, and key projects, often involving sensitive, strategic, and high-impact topics.
* Handle high-level internal and external communications with professionalism, clarity, and warmth.
* Support on major initiatives and events, including Splendid’s Annual Awards and hotel leadership meetings.
* Oversee essential administrative functions including document management, expense reconciliation, and stakeholder engagement.
* Represent the Executive Office with the utmost confidentiality, discretion, and integrity, always upholding the values and reputation of the business.
* You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can juggle multiple priorities with calm precision.
* A natural problem-solver with initiative, sound judgement, and strong attention to detail.
* Confident handling confidential matters and liaising at senior level both internally and externally.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A collaborative team player who brings warmth, energy, and dependability to every interaction.
* Experience in hospitality or multi-site businesses is a bonus, but not essential.
* Available to start quickly and commit to an interim assignment.
