CNC Machinist – Doncaster – c £30-£35,000
Location: just off junction 4 of the M18. Days only – overtime available.
The Role
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC milling and grinding machines. Some programming experience online or offline is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and set CNC machines to produce precision parts.
* Program machines.
* Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate machining.
* Perform basic CNC programming, with the opportunity to develop these skills further.
* Carry out machine maintenance and troubleshooting when necessary.
* Work closely with the team to ensure smooth production processes.
* Adhere to health and safety standards in the workshop.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience operating CNC milling and grinding machines.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* CNC programming experience.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits
The salary offered for this position is £30,000 – £35,000 to a candidate who can meet all key qualifications and abilities. Other benefits include a pension, 21 days holiday (rising to 25 with service) plus statutory days, secure on‑site parking, ongoing training and development, days only, overtime available.
