We’re looking for a Claims Handler to join a growing insurance business with a strong reputation, supportive culture and genuine long-term progression opportunities.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone from insurance, claims handling, customer service or operations looking to develop their career in a modern and people-focused environment.
The role:
* Managing claims from first notification through to settlement
* Acting as a key point of contact for customers and business partners
* Investigating claims and reviewing policy coverage
* Keeping communication clear, empathetic and proactive throughout the process
* Working closely with external stakeholders including legal firms and partners
* Supporting compliance and improving internal processes
What they’re looking for:
* Experience within insurance, claims handling or customer service is beneficial but not essential
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Organised with good attention to detail
* Comfortable managing multiple cases at once
* Positive, team-focused attitude
