The Role:
As a Commercial Vehicle Account Manager, you'll be the trusted expert guiding clients through their leasing journey and building our presence within the LCV market. Whether advising on the perfect vehicle or tailoring a financing solution, your role is key to delivering the outstanding service Rivervale is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and nurture strong relationships with a portfolio of clients.
* Provide expert leasing advice and tailored quotations across a range of new vehicles commercial vehicles.
* Work closely with our pricing and marketing teams to promote market leading LCV offers.
* Ensure seamless customer experiences using our bespoke CRM systems.
* Work closely with the wider team to exceed customer expectations at every stage.
About You:
We're looking for someone who combines confidence and charisma with a passion for exceptional service.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
* Proven experience in a sales or account management role.
* Strong knowledge of the commercial vehicle sector.
* Strong understanding of FCA compliance regulations.
* Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
* A proactive mindset and a knack for problem-solving.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
Desirable (but not essential):
* Previous experience in the automotive or vehicle leasing industry.
* Knowledge of financing and leasing options.
