Our top tier client is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive ideally with expertise in high-value property transactions.

The Role:
* Run a caseload of complex and high-value residential property matters across the South West & London
* Act for clients with rural landed estates, country homes, and significant property portfolios across the UK & Beyond
* Advise on sales, purchases, financing, and transfers of high-value rural and agricultural property
* Clients include: HNW and UHNW clients, family offices, trustees, and financial institutions
What you'll need:
* To be a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years’ PQE in residential property
* Solicitors and legal executives with commercial property experience looking to pivot into a rural property role will be considered
* Excellent client‑facing skills with the gravitas to work with wealthy individuals and institutional clients
