Join Heath Farm College, part of Acorn Education, as our new Outreach and Reintegration Lead. This is a rewarding opportunity for a qualified teacher to support students who've been out of education or face barriers due to anxiety or emotional needs. You'll work mainly 1:1, on and off-site, building trust, delivering tailored sessions, and supporting reintegration into college life.
