About the role
We're looking for a passionate Graphic Designer & Print Co-ordinator to join our growing hospitality marketing team. In this role, you'll work with the brand manager, design agency and social media coordinator to be behind our brand's visual identity. From digital marketing materials to the printed menus our guests hold in their hands, you'll be integral to helping us delight guests and develop the customer experience. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and detail oriented individual to develop their design skills while also managing the crucial process of print production.
You'll report directly to the Brand Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with our operations and food and bar team. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a strong desire to learn and grow in an exciting, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and Artworking (80%)
* Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, email newsletter and website assets.
* Create and update all print materials, such as menus, flyers, posters, signage, and promotional collateral.
* Retouch and edit photos for use in marketing and on our websites.
* Collaborate with the culinary team to develop visually appealing menu layouts that showcase our food and beverage offerings. Maintain an organised library of design assets, content and photography.
* Proofing and checking work.
Print Coordination (20%)
* Manage the print production process from start to finish, including gathering quotes, preparing print-ready files, and coordinating with external print vendors.
* Innovate printed material format and production across the business.
* Conduct quality checks on all printed materials to ensure they meet our brand standards and are delivered on time.
* Maintain an organised library of all design and print files.
Qualifications
* A portfolio showcasing strong design skills and a clean aesthetic.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
* Knowledge of print production processes, including colour profiles (CMYK vs. RGB), bleed, and file types.
* Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* An interest in the hospitality industry and a passion for food and beverage is a plus.
