The Role
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for students, including those with Special Educational Needs.
* Deliver targeted academic intervention programmes to help students reach their potential.
* Assist teachers within the classroom to ensure all learners are engaged and supported.
* Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, and independent learning.
What We're Looking For
* A recent graduate (any subject considered – strong literacy/numeracy skills desirable).
* A passion for working with young people and helping them succeed.
* Patience, resilience, and excellent communication skills.
* Experience working with children or young people (formal or informal) is beneficial, but not essential.
