The Opportunity: Kenton Black Finance are currently recruiting for a full-time and permanent Credit Control Administrator on behalf of a business that is based in the Bury area. This company has a turnover of circa 280 million pounds, and has been operating for over 20 years. You will have the opportunity to earn a 10% annual bonus (very achievable) and you'll get 25 days of annual leave (plus BH). Salary and Benefits: - A salary of £25,000 - 10% annual bonus (very achievable) - 33 days of annual leave (including bank holidays) - 4% pension - On-site gym - Wellbeing support Your New Role as the Credit Control Admin: • Allocate incoming payments for our portfolio to customer accounts accurately. • Management of a busy shared inbox ensuring all incoming emails are reviewed, prioritised, and responded to promptly. • Prepare and process manual invoices for non-usage transactions (third party recharges, credits, etc) • Managing customer ceased credit processes include identifying customers with credit balances, generating correspondence and initiating refund where applicable. • Ensuring missing invoices are sent to customers on request and in a timely manner. • Manage customer remittances. • Ad hoc reporting Experience and Skills Required to Apply: • Self-motivated (ESSENTIAL) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (ESSENTIAL) • Good arithmetic skills (ESSENTIAL) • Computer literate with moderate Excel and Outlook skills (ESSENTIAL) • Excellent attention to detail (ESSENTIAL) • Good at working as part of a team and individually (ESSENTIAL) • Excellent organisational and time management skills (ESSENTIAL) Summary: This is a great opportunity to join an award winning company that has been operating for over 20 years.
