The role:
Identify and develop high-value sales opportunities within robotics and industrial automation markets
Promote advanced engineering and automation capabilities to new and existing customers
Lead complex technical sales processes where accuracy in specification and commercial proposals is critical
Secure new customers and build long-term strategic partnerships
Skills & Experience needed:
Proven sales or business development experience within an engineering or technical sector
A solid understanding of advanced manufacturing processes, ideally with a background of selling Automation or Robotics solutions.
Strong negotiation and solution-selling capability
Demonstrated ability to close opportunities and manage follow-up effectively
Commercial awareness with sound judgement and high ethical standards
