Administration Assistant, Central London
Our Client is an exciting Central London Based Engineering Project Management Company. This is a junior level role within their Administration team.
They are looking for an early career level Administration Assistant with some Existing office-based skills and experience, excellent data entry skills and good attention to detail.
Please note that this role is not a graduate position- we are specifically looking for someone with relevant administration experience and school or college level qualifications, who is looking to work in administration. The position has excellent long term potential.
The position is full time office based, with a standard construction industry 8.00 AM Start.
Responsibilities and duties will typically include;
* General Varied Office Administration duties
* Liaise and supply support to the CAD team
* Observe orders placed by the site teams on the purchase portal
* Monitor & update the online portal, monitor hours worked by specialist contractors, answer basic client questions
* Provide Administration Support to the procurement team
* Provide Administration Support to the Commercial Management Team
* Assist with planning regular company events i.e. Xmas party, summer events, etc.
* Deal with office issues i.e. IT, Facilities, etc.
* Assist the Project Management team with everyday administration tasks and record keeping
Our client are looking for a positive person, who is a really good communicator and enjoys being part of a busy, friendly team.
Please note; you must be fully entitled to live and work in the UK to apply for this position. Any experience of administration with a technical company, construction or Engineering company would be advantageous but is not essential. As stated above, this is not a graduate entry position and we are looking for someone with School or College level qualifications who is focussed on a career in administration
