Located within a much-loved, family-run restaurant in the heart of Surbiton, this is a brilliant opportunity for a talented Head Pastry Chef to lead a small, passionate pastry team in a highly respected 2 Rosette kitchen.
This restaurant has built a fantastic reputation for its refined yet approachable cuisine. The owners genuinely value their team and have created a positive environment where creativity and quality are at the forefront.
As Head Pastry Chef, you will take full ownership of the pastry section, leading a team of two and creating elegant, beautifully balanced desserts that perfectly complement the restaurant’s modern French-inspired menus.

1. £46,000 per annum including service charge
2. Leading a small pastry team of two
3. 7 shifts per week over 5 days (2 doubles, 2 earlies and 1 late)
4. Sunday and Monday off

Responsibilities as Head Pastry Chef…
8. Leading and inspiring the pastry section while maintaining exceptional standards
9. Designing and producing elegant desserts, pastries, and petit fours
10. Ensuring every dish leaving the kitchen is beautifully presented and consistent
11. Managing the pastry team and maintaining a well organised section
12. Working closely with the Head Chef to develop seasonal menus and new ideas
