We’re a creative agency focusing on the gaming and entertainment industries. We produce videos, websites, marketing and brand assets, and other creative work for some of the world’s biggest gaming brands.

WHAT’S THE JOB?
We need someone to bring structure and clarity to our creative processes. A seasoned Creative Operations Director familiar with studio workflows who’s hands-on and proactive.
This senior role involves ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and smoothly. You’ll manage resources, refine workflows, oversee budgets, and coordinate with leadership and clients. You should be comfortable managing daily operations, updating project timelines, and handling last-minute requests.
This role also involves client-facing responsibilities, especially around timelines, scopes, and approvals. A network of reliable freelancers and vendors is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage daily and strategic operational health of the studio.
* Implement systems and workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
* Oversee resource planning and capacity forecasting.
* Build and optimize delivery pipelines from briefing to completion.
PROJECT & ACCOUNT OVERSIGHT
* Monitor project scope, timelines, and budgets.
* Resolve issues and escalate as needed.
* Collaborate with clients and creative teams to ensure quality.
CLIENT & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
* Lead delivery for key clients.
* Support proposals and client onboarding.
* Maintain clear communication on delivery and resourcing.
TEAM & CULTURE
* Promote ownership, accountability, and collaboration.
* Help attract top talent.
COMMERCIAL & STRATEGIC INPUT
* Track performance metrics like profitability and efficiency.
* Contribute to business planning and growth strategies.
