Job summary
We are seeking to recruit a Team Leader to join Robin Ward, which is our 18 bedded acute female unit (AAU) based at Kingfisher Court, Radlett. If you are interested in working with an outstanding Trust to develop and deliver Inpatient treatment in mental health, then we would love to hear from you.
Main duties of the job
You will be an experienced Mental Health clinician (Registered Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist) with excellent assessment and risk management skills who is able to embrace and drive change and innovation.
We are looking for a skilled and intuitive communicator with experience of providing leadership. You will work directly with the Service Manager who will provide support, development and direction and alongside other leadership colleagues.
You will know the importance of providing high quality supervision and of working together with staff and the wider management team in providing supportive, effective and coordinated leadership to the team in order to achieve the best possible outcomes for service users and carers.

1. RNMH/RNLD/RMN
2. Degree with experience of post graduate level study or the equivalent experience
3. ENB 998/Mentorship
4. evidence of management or leadership development

7. Management of staff in a multiprofessional setting
8. Extensive post registration experience, at band 5 and band 6
