Are you a data-driven Email Marketing Executive looking for your next challenge? We’re working with a leading Hair & Beauty retailer seeking a strategic and creative Senior Email Marketing Executive to elevate their digital communications across multiple European markets.
In this exciting role, you'll take ownership of both email and SMS marketing campaigns, driving customer engagement and increasing sales across online and in-store platforms. You'll work collaboratively with social media and CRM teams to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience.
What’s on offer:
* Salary up to £40,000
* Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the Bracknell office

Key responsibilities:
* Plan and execute targeted email and SMS campaigns across European territories
* Manage segmentation, personalisation, and automation to maximise ROI
* Analyse performance data to optimise campaigns
* Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging, on-brand content
* Ensure integration with wider digital marketing strategies
About you:
* Demonstrated success in email and SMS marketing, ideally in retail or eCommerce
* Strong understanding of CRM tools, automation, and customer segmentation
* Analytical mindset with a keen eye for data-driven decision making
* Excellent project management and multi-tasking skills
* Passionate about the hair and beauty industry and understanding of customer behaviour in this space
