JOB TITLE: Support Worker - Learning Disability/Mental Health
LOCATION: Mullagh House, Limavady
Role context: Mullagh Houses is a supported living accommodation giving care and support for 16 adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities. It operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, supporting tenants to develop skills and participate in day-to-day decision making.
Responsibilities

Essential Criteria
* QCF/NVQ 2 Health and Social Care or equivalent
* 6 months experience in a formal care/support role and previous experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities/mental health issues
* Must be currently registered with NISCC or, if new to the sector, must achieve registration within 6 months
* Previous experience in administrative duties
* Or 2 years' experience in a formal care/support role and previous experience of working with individuals with Learning Disabilities/Mental Health issues
* Must be willing to work towards the completion of relevant qualification
