Role Description
This is a full-time role within one of our small, agile delivery pods.
As a Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant, you'll play a leading role in delivering high-quality solutions, working closely with both clients and your technical counterpart. You'll be involved across the full project lifecycle, including:
* Discovery workshops
* Requirements gathering and solution design
* Configuration and delivery
* User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
* Training and user adoption
* Go-live and ongoing support
You'll be part of a lean pod structure, with clear ownership of delivery, quality, and client outcomes. This setup allows for closer collaboration, faster decision-making, and a stronger sense of ownership over your work.
Location & Travel
Partomer operates a primarily remote model, with flexibility to work from home.
You'll be expected to visit our Bolton office periodically for collaboration and key sessions. The role also involves regular travel to client sites, primarily across the North West and Yorkshire.
A full UK driving licence and access to a car is required.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations
* Strong experience in business analysis, workshop facilitation, and solution design
* Broad knowledge across Business Central modules
* Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions
* Experience with key ISVs (e.g. Continia, Tasklet, Jet Reports)
* Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable working alongside developers, with a solid understanding of technical concepts and integrations
