You’ll help clients find their perfect hires and guide talented professionals into roles where they can make a difference. And yes — you’ll have fun doing it!
Key Responsibilities
* Manage recruitment for clean energy and infrastructure roles – from sourcing candidates to successful placement.
* Build strong relationships with clients and candidates – act as a trusted partner, not just a recruiter.
* Identify top talent, conduct screenings and interviews, and match them to the right opportunities.
* Keep up-to-date on market trends, salary benchmarks, and the latest opportunities.
* Maintain accurate records in our CRM.
* Support business growth by spotting new opportunities and spreading the FindTalent magic.
Required Skills/Abilities
* 1-3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in clean energy, infrastructure, or engineering sectors.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills – you enjoy connecting with people!
* Strong business development skills with a drive to hit targets.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment CRM systems.
* Knowledge of the US clean energy and infrastructure market is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience recruiting technical or engineering roles in clean energy or infrastructure.
* Existing network in the US clean energy and infrastructure sector.
* Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively.
