JOB TITLE: Commercial Performance Manager – Personal Loans
SALARY: The salary banding is £59,850 - £66,500
LOCATION: Bristol, Cardiff, Chester, Edinburgh, Leeds, Manchester or Newport
HOURS: 35 hours, full time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

This role is part of the Loans Demand and Trading team, responsible for promoting, acquiring, and reporting on personal loan customers across our brands (Lloyds, Halifax, BoS, and MBNA), mainly through digital channels.
The team manages financial performance indicators like gross lending, market share, net interest income, margins, balance sheet, P&L, and return on equity, ensuring safe, profitable delivery within risk appetite.
What will I be doing?
* Leading trading and pricing performance reviews, analyzing data, and discussing implications at meetings.
* Providing performance insights using reports and dashboards to identify opportunities for growth and profitability.
* Analyzing customer, competitor, and market insights to understand demand, share, and customer behavior.
* Interpreting external market trends and strategies to improve customer retention and engagement.
* Producing forecasts for lending, P&L, balance sheet, and market share, managing related processes.
