Looking for Service Desk Analyst for our client in Chester, UK-Hybrid
Location: Chester, UK (Should be within a 50 KM radius of the client site)
Language Requirement: : Spanish + Portuguese
Skills:
* Strong experience in a Technical Service Desk environment
* Familiarity with ServiceNow
* Fluency in multiple languages (French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese – as applicable)
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
* Adherence to Service Desk processes and procedures
* Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and flexible approach
