Responsibilities
* Manage own caseload from inception to handover or closure (subject to level of experience). Case types include creditors’ voluntary liquidations and administrations.
* Drive case progression and maintain client case files.
* Handle inbound and outbound emails and phone calls.
* Draft and send correspondence.
* Communicate with clients, creditors, and stakeholders, and attend client visits as required.
* Report to a manager and work closely with senior case administrators.
* Ensure correct application of corporate insolvency procedures.
* Conduct investigations into the conduct of directors and the affairs of the company.
* Achieve statutory and regulatory compliance.
* Perform additional ad‑hoc tasks and general office administration duties as required.
