The Opportunity:
As a Compliance Coordinator you'll play a key role within both the SHEQ team and across the whole business.
Key Duties
1. Keeping policies, procedures and forms up to date, controlled and accessible for users across the organisation
2. Monitoring legal registers and legislative changes, ensuring proactive updates to systems and processes
3. Leading on internal audit scheduling and delivery, and supporting external audit readiness and successful outcomes
4. Investigating and analysing incidents and trends, ensuring root causes are addressed through clear corrective and preventative actions
5. Supporting readiness across projects and sites, including quality plans, stage gates and operational compliance support
