Our client, a precision engineering business serving robotics, defence, and high-performance sectors, is looking for an experienced CNC Turner and/or Programmer. They operate modern HAAS lathes and mills and use Fusion 360 for CAD/CAM.
Role:
* Program, set, and operate HAAS CNC lathes and mills
* Create and optimise toolpaths in Fusion 360
* Inspect components for dimensional accuracy
* Assist with milling operations when needed
* Plan and manage workloads to meet production targets
* Support and mentor junior staff
Requirements:
* 5+ years’ CNC turning experience
* Skilled with HAAS lathes and Fusion 360 CAM
* Strong CAD knowledge for workholding setups
* Good understanding of tooling, materials, and machining principles
* Experience supervising or training staff
