Location: Shotts and Newmains (North Lanarkshire)
Salary: £107,655 to £132,853 (gross, full-time) per annum (depending on experience)
Job Type: Salaried GP with a view to Partnership
About the Practice
We are a well-established, patient-focused GP surgery located in Shotts and Newmains, serving a diverse and growing community. Our multidisciplinary team includes experienced GPs, nurses, pharmacists, and administrative staff, all committed to delivering high-quality primary care.
The Role
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate GP to join our friendly and supportive team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services, including:
1. Managing acute and chronic conditions
2. Conducting patient consultations (face-to-face, telephone, and online)
3. Prescribing and reviewing medications
4. Health promotion and disease prevention
5. Maintaining accurate clinical records
Key Requirements
6. Fully qualified GP with GMC registration and licence to practise
7. Inclusion on the NHS Performers List
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Commitment to high standards of patient care
10. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
