Sponsorship is not available for this role Finance Business Partner - UK, Ireland, Benelux and Nordics. This role can be based in Bracknell, Berkshire or Edinburgh Scotland. There will be a requirement for you to be in the office a few days a week. You’ll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with the Head of FP&A for EMEA, partnering with other like-minded and brilliant Finance Business Partners and senior Commercial leaders across the region. Where you come in: As the Commercial Finance Business Partner to the UK & Ireland and Benelux Nordics regions, you’ll be the go-to expert for turning data into direction. You will: Own the story behind the numbers — consolidating, reporting, and communicating EMEA’s financial performance to stakeholders across the region Deliver sharp, objective insights that challenge thinking and drive smart decisions. Build slick, best-in-class financial packages with powerful analytics and visual storytelling. Lead all FP&A activities — from forecasting and reporting to headcount/FTE management — balancing deep data dives with strategic vision. You’ll be happy to get your hands dirty in the numbers, dig in and draw out facts and insight to tell the story to the business What makes you successful: We’re looking for someone who’s not just qualified — but qualified and curious. Travel Required: 15-25% Experience and Education Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of industry experience 2-5 years of previous management or lead experience Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
