What You’ll Do:
Lead and enhance QHSE systems in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, driving operational excellence.
Oversee quality assurance and control, ensuring processes are efficient, compliant, and fully resourced.
Conduct risk assessments, safety training, and incident investigations to create a safe and reliable environment.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, and 8D methodologies.
Manage documentation, KPIs, and reporting to drive measurable improvements across production and operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders globally to uphold the highest standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years’ QHSE experience in electronics manufacturing or mechanical assembly.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and automotive quality standards (IATF16949 & Core Tools).
Experience with audits, PPAP, APQP, control plans, and root cause analysis.
Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills with a collaborative mindset.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and driven to maintain compliance in a regulated environment.
Bonus Skills:
Familiarity with product realisation, design, and manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of Electronic standards such as IPC standards
Second language skills are a plus.
