Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Employee Benefits Advisor to manage and develop a portfolio of Group Risk and Healthcare clients. You will focus on ensuring clients feel supported, providing advice and recommendations that meet their needs. Through strong client relationships and business development, you will identify new opportunities and promote Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) to maximize growth.
This role offers an attractive bonus structure and the opportunity to work within a large global organization committed to employee and client support. Based in Birmingham, Bristol, Chichester, or Bournemouth, this is a hybrid role requiring at least three days in the office per week.
Responsibilities include:
* Manage existing client portfolios, providing strategic advice
* Identify new business opportunities and promote MMB services
* Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Provide reports on renewals, market reviews, and recommendations
* Coordinate with internal departments and insurers
* Deliver high-quality service and advice
Candidate requirements:
* Experience in Group Risk, Insurance, or Employee Benefits
* Ability to identify client needs and offer strategic solutions
* Self-motivated with a confident, approachable style
* Willingness to travel and meet new people
