About This Role
We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Team Leader to join our expanding Just Eat Go team in the UK. In this pivotal role, you will:
* Lead, coach, and develop a talented team of Sales Managers.
* Drive your team to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets.
* Engage in strategic discussions and manage your own pipeline of key enterprise deals.

Team Leadership & Development:
* Inspire and motivate your team to consistently hit their sales targets.
* Conduct regular 1:1 performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
* Implement effective training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
* Foster a positive, high-energy, and collaborative team culture.
Sales Performance & Strategy:
* Drive the team to meet and exceed sales targets for new business acquisition.
* Monitor sales performance metrics and pipeline health.
* Contribute to the development of sales strategies and best practices.
* Act as a point of escalation for complex sales negotiations.
Operational Excellence:
* Enhance sales processes and workflows for maximum efficiency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
Consultative Partnerships:
* Act as a consultative advisor, understanding merchant challenges and crafting tailored solutions.
* Build partner confidence in our logistics function.
* Represent partner voices in discussions about product improvements.
What Will You Bring to the Table?
* Solid experience in a B2B sales role, with a strong track record as a sales team leader.
* Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
* Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
* Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software, particularly HubSpot.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.
* Highly organized and proactive in managing multiple priorities.
* Resilient and adaptable, able to inspire a team in a dynamic environment.
* A passion for technology and the on-demand delivery space.
