Responsibilities
1. Full commercial management of a major industrial build project
2. Leading subcontract procurement, tendering and cost control
3. Managing variations, CVRs, valuations and commercial reporting
4. Ensuring contractual compliance (JCT ideally, NEC beneficial)
5. Supporting and mentoring QS/AQS team members
6. Working closely with operational leads to ensure successful project delivery
7. Regular site travel, including Lincoln, as part of project responsibilities
Experience & Skills Required
✔ Strong background as a Senior QS on build/industrial/warehouse projects
✔ Excellent working knowledge of JCT contracts (preferred)
✔ Confident managing full commercial responsibility
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Able to travel to site in Solihull and Lincoln
✔ Forward-thinking, commercially sharp and collaborative
