We are currently recruiting for an Engineering Manager to join a well-established food manufacturing business. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing the engineering function on site, ensuring high levels of equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety within a fast-paced production environment. The Role: As Engineering Manager, you will lead the engineering team and take responsibility for the overall maintenance strategy across the site. You will work closely with production to minimise downtime, improve reliability, and support continuous improvement across the factory.
