The Role We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bath & Body and Perfumery Manager to lead our luxury department. Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards that reflect Fortnum & Mason's heritage and luxury positioning. Build strong relationships with customers, offering expert advice and personalised recommendations. Manage stock levels, supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with company standards. Drive KPIs and commercial performance through effective planning, reporting, and team development. What We're Looking For: Proven experience managing a luxury beauty, fragrance, or bath & body department. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Exceptional product knowledge - particularly in luxury settings, and a passion for delivering world-class customer service.
