Job Description Lettings Property Manager - Malvern - up to £30k dependent on experience (Full or Part Time) Great opportunity to join this independent multi branch agent who have built up an impressive reputation over many years. They are looking for an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join their team. You must be presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn but also able to use your own initiative. The Property Manager will have previous experience ideally within a similar property related role. This is a lovely, independently run company with a great friendly team! This role will include all aspects of Property Management including building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants, dealing with maintenance, actioning works, issuing section notices, deposit management, carrying out property inspections and dealing with general lettings administration.
