About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, qualified approved electrician to join our existing planned maintenance team within our electrical services division.
The role primarily involves conducting electrical installation condition reports, refurbishments, and repairs to electrical installations.
About You:
* The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge and experience of electrical installations and wiring regulations, with the right demeanor for working as part of a team and in occupied properties.
* You should be conscientious, quality-driven, and well-organized.
* You need to be able to plan your workload effectively while also collaborating as part of a team.
* Candidates should hold the following qualifications: BS7671 18th Edition A2, City & Guilds Level 3 2391-52 Initial Verification & Periodic Inspection and Testing, 2391-51 Periodic Inspection of Electrical Installations, 2391-50 Initial Verification of Electrical Installations. Additionally, candidates should be computer literate, possess good communication skills, and be committed to providing high-quality service to tenants.
* A valid driving license is required as a company van will be provided.
