We are looking for two Teaching Assistants to join Isle of Ely Primary, supporting teachers to create inclusive, engaging learning experiences for individuals and small groups of pupils. This role sits at the heart of the classroom, providing practical and emotional support that enables every child to participate fully and make progress, including those with additional or complex needs. Working closely with teaching staff, the successful candidate will bring patience, adaptability and a genuine commitment to helping children overcome barriers to learning, contributing to a positive, supportive school community where high expectations and care go hand in hand.
