The role:
As a Lead Pre-Operations Engineer, you will direct a team, ensure activities align with Start Up, Commissioning, and Pre-Operations processes, contribute to training, facilitate project handover, and report on progress. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and stakeholders is essential. This role offers significant career progression opportunities.
The ideal person:
You should have an HNC or equivalent Level 4 qualification in a relevant discipline, experience leading or supervising a technical/engineering team, excellent communication skills, and strong leadership abilities. Experience in Nuclear or regulated environments is advantageous but not mandatory if you possess the relevant skills.
