An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our highly successful client in Cardiff as Commercial Contracts Manager.
We are seeking someone with strong experience in pricing, finance, contract management and management of tenders/bids; to drive the company's continued expansion into future services and to deliver continued success to existing customers.
The company are a highly successful IT delivery company with over 30 years' experience delivering IT solutions to a diverse range of customers on a national scale.
What you'll be doing:
1. Lead on pricing / tendering for new and existing business and co-ordinate the bid process; draft contracts and addenda from first stage through to conclusion of the bid process.
2. Support the Commercial Director with contract management and governance of new and existing relationships.
3. Create pricing models that provide detailed insight for profitable business proposals.
4. Liaise internally with senior account management and business development team at all stages during the tender and contract processes.
5. Draft contracts and addenda from first stage through to conclusion of the bid process.
6. Lead the delivery of new and existing commercial agreements to balance risk and to ensure that all T&Cs are incorporated into all associated collateral.
