Business Development Executive
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (DOE) + bonus
Contract: Full-time, permanent
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join a fast-growing, forward-thinking organisation.
We’re looking for someone who’s ambitious, commercially minded and ready to take ownership of lead generation and sales activity. You’ll play a key role in expanding our client base, supporting marketing efforts and building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and convert new business opportunities.
* Manage the full sales cycle from outreach through to closing deals.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reports.
* Support digital marketing, content and social media initiatives.
* Represent the company at events, webinars and networking meetings.
About You:
* Undergraduate degree in any subject (preferred but not essential).
* Proven experience in sales, business development or lead generation.
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* Proactive self-starter who thrives on achieving targets.
* Highly organised with good time management.
* Comfortable working independently and remotely.
