Your new company Hays are working on behalf of a leading public service employer in Derry to recruit an Administration Assistant to join their Development team. This is a temporary position and office-based.
Your new role As Administration Assistant, you will provide an efficient and effective service to customers of the organisation in accordance with their policies and procedures. As Administration Assistant, your key responsibilities will include managing a computerised information system. Answering telephone and face-to-face enquiries appropriately & professionally. Assisting with the production, presentation and distribution of written documentation using Microsoft Office, including letters, memos, statistics, reports and presentations. What you'll need to succeed As an Administration Assistant, essentially, you will have 6 GCSEs (Grades A-C), including GCSE Maths and English (Grade A-C) or an equivalent or higher educational standard.AND one year's experience providing administration support in an administrative/clerical role.
QCF (Previously NVQ) Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent or higher educational standard AND one year's experience providing administration support in an administrative/clerical role.
ORThree years' experience providing administration support in an administrative/clerical role.
You will be proficient in Microsoft suite, with excellent organisational, communication and attention-to-detail skills. What you'll get in return A temporary position with weekly pay
