3-Month Contract | East Kilbride | Inside IR35 | On-Site Were looking for an on-site IT Support Engineer to support around 60/70 users across a broad mix of hardware, software, applications, and basic networking. Youll be the sole IT presence on-site, backed by a remote Infrastructure team for escalations. Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on 1st/2nd line IT support for laptops, desktops, Windows 10/11, O365, Teams and business applications Work on incidents and service requests via the ticketing system Support onboarding/offboarding, account setup and device deployment Troubleshoot and maintain label printers, scanners, network points, WiFi, routers Install, configure and decommission end-user devices Basic network support including patching and connectivity troubleshooting Hardware repair support and data migration, plus vendor coordination Manage inventory and stock of IT equipment Handle IT equipment disposal following internal processes Support global IT teams with local hands-and-feet tasks Create/update knowledge base articles for end-users Be visible on-site proactive walk-arounds and user engagement What Were Looking For Solid experience as an IT Support Engineer / Desktop Support Engineer / IT Support Analyst Comfortable working independently as the sole on-site engineer Strong knowledge of Windows, O365, Teams and common enterprise software Confident troubleshooting hardware and basic networking issues Excellent communication, organisation and user-facing skills Why This Role? 3-month contract with immediate start Balanced hardware software workload Autonomy, variety and global IT team support Modern environment with new equipment If you're an IT Support Engineer, Desktop Support Analyst or IT Support Analyst and looking for a varied and rewarding position then apply now for immediate consideration.
