Role
Your role is to serve food and drinks to the correct specification, working efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety and customer service. Our pubs open early and close late, so we offer flexibility with shift patterns across mornings, evenings, weekends and late finishes.
Duties
* Take orders, prepare, dispense and serve drinks to the correct specification, both at the bar and via the customer app
* Deliver food to customers, ensuring check‑backs are completed and plates are cleared within the required timeframe
* Provide friendly customer interactions: greet, thank and build rapport
* Be knowledgeable about promotions, events and new products
* Maintain our “clean as you go” standards: clear tables, wipe surfaces and carry out toilet checks
* Work throughout all areas, including glass‑washing, restocking fridges, floor and beer‑garden clearing, and other duties as needed

Working Hours
Hours per week: 24 • Monday to Sunday: flexible
