Validation Specialist – Customer Care Team

Our client, a fast-growing tech-driven business operating across Europe, is seeking a Validation Specialist to join their UK Customer Care team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a company that is redefining customer experience through innovation, data, and technology.
The Role
The Validation Specialist will be responsible for conducting detailed checks on customer documents and accounts, supporting fraud prevention efforts, and ensuring accuracy and compliance across processes. The role involves close collaboration with Customer Care and other internal teams, with a focus on complex validations requiring sound judgement and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform validation checks on a wide range of documents and customer data
* Use digital tools to identify potential fraud and elevate cases appropriately
* Communicate with customers via inbound and outbound channels, ensuring clarity and a positive experience
* Accurately record validation outcomes in line with internal procedures
* Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistency and compliance
* Identify trends and suggest improvements to validation processes
* Occasionally support fulfilment activities (phone, email, live chat)
* Provide guidance to colleagues on validation-related queries
Candidate Profile
* Experience in customer service or validation operations within a regulated environment (industry experience is a plus)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies quickly
* Familiarity with document handling and validation processes
* Confidence using digital tools and platforms
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Experience in fraud or compliance settings is desirable
