Project Manager - HVAC/M&E (UK)
We're supporting a well-established and growing business within the facilities management / M&E / HVAC sector. Based in High Wycombe, this role reports to the Project Director and involves overseeing selected UK projects for HVAC/M&E installation and service in commercial and retail sites. The business is investing for growth and offers opportunities for progression in both revenue size and career advancement.
Responsibilities
* Oversee selected projects in the UK for HVAC/M&E installation and service in commercial and retail sites.
* HVAC system maintenance, electrical maintenance, plumbing and drainage, fire alarm, fire extinguishers, fire & smoke shutters, and general building maintenance.
Qualifications
* Proven project manager with a background in HVAC or Hard FM—someone who can hit the ground running.
