About the Role
Are you passionate about supporting children with SEN? We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team in Dursley.
In this rewarding role, you will:
* Provide one-to-one, small group, and in-class support under the direction of the class teacher and SENCo.
* Assist pupils with a range of needs, including physical, learning, emotional, and behavioural challenges.
* Adapt resources and activities to make learning accessible for all students.
* Help create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
* Encourage students’ independence and support their social and emotional development.

What We’re Looking For
We would love to hear from you if you:
* Have experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable).

* Can work both independently and as part of a team.
